GeoDirectory Plugin map integration using WPBakery & WordPress

I need to get a webpage created on our existing website that will show a map of businesses using an existing database - similar to searching on Google maps but only using specific data provided. We do not want something programming, we want to use an 'off the shelf pugging' such as Wordpress Plugin GeoDirectory (https://wpgeodirectory.com ) to deliver this. However we are happy to consider similar alternatives if suggested.

This map will be required to identify businesses local to the person's location who is searching and will be able to prioritise a list based on certain criteria. (image attached as example). The information is in an external database but can be provided to you in an XML file.

From the criteria there should be an option to select up to 4 of the businesses shown to be able to send a message to that business asking for them to contact the person with regards to an enquiry. This action should also result in an alert/message being sent to let us know that this has been requested. The prioritisation criteria is based on a level of 'AVNExcellence' that we award to our members so for example we have a 6*, 5* and 4* and then it goes on to just 'general' accountants that we have within the database- we would want the map to show the nearest Accountancy firm in that particular order, based on the postcode that is inputted.

In terms of the search radius, just as ads are listed at the top of the list in Google Maps for example, we want their nearest AVNExcellence 6 star rated accountant to list at the top, even if their nearest 6 star firm is 60 miles away, then their nearest 5 star firm and then their nearest 4 star firm. We need to have the ability per database listing to show a radius in miles that the accountant wants to work within.
