Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
A PHP Developer is required (within travelling distance of Kings Lynn, Norfolk, UK) for around 3-4 months to undertake a customer management system project. You will be required to create edit screens (rough designs will be supplied in image format) for various database tables (you will not be required to create the database, just read/write to it). Part 2 will be special functions and routines to perform various tasks/actions during form saves - mainly focused around emailing out information. Part three of the project will be to create simple lookup/search results around some views within the database. An important part of the system will be security, as the MySQL will be handling peoples private information. The system will need basic permissions functionality to allow users read/write permissions based on database categories they are linked to, an interface to create/remove/expire users will also be required.
A bulk of the system will need to be complete by early June ready to show to the client, after which no doubt additional functionality maybe required (once the main system is finished).
The developer will be expected to maintain regular contact/updates through phone/skype and email. You will be expected to work around 12 hours per week on the project, although this will be flexible to the developers requirements as best as is possible and in agreement with the project manager to fit in around the developers schedule.
