I would like to create a flash minigame for one of our brands, if its feasible and cost effective then I'll be happy to go ahead, but this isn't a project that is budgeted so I would need to keep the costs as low as reasonably possible.
We have recently launched a new brand, a marketing company that collects enquiries from people wanting Life Insurance quotes. I would like a cute little minigame that is web based (flash?) and we can send to our clients etc to play and kill some time/compare high scores etc
We came up with an outline idea that is based on the arcade game 'claw' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QK9zfQk_FWw&feature=related), we would like to base this version on a timer and multiple attempts at picking items up. Some items have a positive value, others have a negative value (more details on that later). So, for round one - the player would have a minute to pick up as many point scoring pieces as possible. If they get to the minimum target, they move onto round two where the values are higher, but the timer is shorter - etc.
The relevance to the business is this - the pieces picked up, would represent likely applicants for life insurance (so dolls/figures could be used to represent them) and depending on which they pick up, they would be awarded points. If they pick up a doll/figure that isnt suitable for life insurance, then they would lose either time, or points.
An indication of cost/time frame and one or two example images would be welcome - this can be developed by developers in any nation. Thanks
