Description of requirements/features: Should be a jQuery/WebGL.
Must be zoomable to see every country.
Should have javascript command to rotate to country via country code.
Should have javascript event fire when rotation animation complete.
Should rotate on mouse drag.
Must be clickable and jump to a url http://(site name)/(country code)
Map pins to be added to countries using country code Plus additional offsets (x,y)
Map pins must rotate with globe above the landmass.
Map pins must be clickable and produce url as above.
Map pin should be added via addpin(country_code, image_url, [offsets_x, offset_y]) javascript function.
Map pin Should have remove pin javascript function.
Map pin should be a custom image specified by image url.
Should have a documented procedure to add and remove countries.
Should have customisable colours css where possible.
Documentation should be included.

We would like the ocean to be a layer/image that can be changed.
We would like the landmass to float over the sea casting shadow.
Map pins should be floating over the landmasses.
Adjustable globe halo if possible.
