Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: Wordpress site with SSL certificate (http to https redirect)
Description of requirements/features: Our website's new SSL certificate seems to be working fine (https://www.virtalent.com). I believe I configured the correct plugins and uploaded a new .htaccess file with rewrite rule.
If I go to the homepage, virtalent.com, my browser will redirect me to the secure site at https://www.virtalent.com.
However, if I go to a page such as virtalent.com/apply or virtalent.com/blog the browser does not redirect me to the secure version. One of the plugins I have disables all insecure content (to prevent the yellow padlock symbol) so these pages do not display all elements correctly as a result. I tried fixing the problem but then the page gets stuck in a "redirect loop".
I need someone with experience of HTTPS and SSL certificates to ensure that everything is redirecting correctly, forcing people to use the secure pages (and preferably also preventing Google from indexing the non-secure version).
