Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are a web and print based company in the north of england, uk.
We are looking to develop / have an cms/ecommerce cart, but as our knowledge only exists as far as html, css, php and some java code, we are not up to scratch
Do you believe you can do this? What the job involves:
What we want is, to have our own eCommerce / Content Management System that we can drop into our clients websites, we want to be able to do this easily, be as simple as possible.
We want to be able to just drop in php/js scripts / codes into a html/css/php site we have designed and built.
We want our client to be able to log into a part of there site (the backend) and change the text, images and products on the site.
The main features of the ecommerce site would be:
* Our client can log in and change text, images & products
* Shopping Cart (where customers can register / log in and buy products)
* Be as simple as possible, so we can just drop in code, it can be easily put into a html/css/php site we have designed. (we say as easy as possible but with our slight bit of knowledge of php, we dont expect it to be too easy).
So basically a eCommerce / CMS Solution, as simple as can be.
Now we don't mind whether you make it from scratch, or you use any of the free cms, oscommerce, ecommerce freebies out there like drupal, zencart etc.
All we want is to have the package plus at least a couple of hours (whenever) through email or skype support to just help us get that initial start. As we dont have experience on databases and mysql (but do have the programs) we would like the help to just get it started (like a little push in the right direction so we can take off our training wheels).
we are looking for someone who can...
Work with us, via email, skype or msn to incorporate either one of the free open source ecommerce solutions out there (ie. zencart, magento etc).
We want to be able to understand how to work with these from installing it, to working with the database (in mysql), to incorporating it into one of our own designed and built websites.
We basically are looking for a teacher who can give us enough time within budget to help us do this.
We believe a budget less then £100 is absolutely fair just for the time to teach us. If you dont think its fair, dont comment and dont bid.
Can you help?
