Description of requirements/features: Hello bidder!!! Please read all requirements carefully and only bid if you are confident that you can do this project at the amount you specified and within time promised. I will cancel and ask for refund if you change your mind later on!!!

The Scope of this project is to finish development of online business directory tool for www.dotax.com. I have attached screen designs to this job. It has been 60-70% completed and requires some cleanup and additional functionality to be implemented. You must be familiar with .NET, C#, AJAX, Umbraco, Entity Framework and 3rd Party Integration. I will share a detailed FSD with potential candidates before awarding the project. On the high level the following described different parts of the tool and their completion state:

1. Search / Results Page (This page allows a user to search for a listing using different criteria and see a result list with a map int the same window. This includes features like sort, pagination and filter, which are implemented through AJAX calls). This is about 70% complete and we need the following to be done:
- fix up some minor design issues to match creatives
- fix Google Map API integration
- make sure sorting works correctly
- add search logic to include more listing fields and address search
- fix small popup window to match design
- add feature allowing search work based on query string parameters

2. Listing Detail Page (This is where a listing detail is displayed. It's about 90% complete):
- fix rendering issue where some fields are displayed incorrectly
- also fix Google Map API integration to show correct address
- remove some fields from display for non-Premium listings
- make few layout changes to match design
- make sure user can return to search result page

3. Business Listing Claim / Add / Edit (This includes all pages and popups required for business owners to claim their listing by registering with is. The feature has been mostly implemented, but has some bugs which need to be fixed):
- login popup needs to have Register link added and allow to swap from one another
- need to fix logic for when 'Claim' link shows up on the Detail page
- there are also a few workflow bugs when user registers and goes through steps to fill out their information
- add Back button functionality to allow user to return to previous registration step
- correct field layout on registration pages
- add data validation for more fields

4. Premium Listings (This allows registered business users who have claimed or added their listing to subscribe to premium listing. This has not been implemented and we need the following to be done):
- integrate with payment processor (likely Stripe, but open to suggestions)
- make sure user navigation workflow works correctly for accounts with/without subscription
- make sure premium listing fields are displayed or hidden for corresponding listings

5. Admin Account (We need an ability to add Superuser Admin accounts using Umbraco Membership which is used for regular users. This would allow these user to manage any user account)

There are a few additional items which I may ask to do, but they are minor and should not take much time (for example to change button name). Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions about this project. I would like to get this done within a few weeks.
