Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
General information for the website: Recruitment Website
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: approx 7/8
Description of requirements/features: We require a very simplistic website – at this point in the business start-up and don’t want
to spend too much on the website – it simply needs to be an online brochure. One other
recruiter whose website we like is: http://chamberlaincareers.com/
There is not a great deal of content (attached in separate document) so the site will be akin
to this example in size, just one simple page to scroll down is fine.
We are thinking the following on this simple website:
a) About us
b) Specialisms and locations
c) Categories and Disciplines
d) Our Values
e) A link to see our current jobs and the ability to click an ‘apply for’ button
f) A contact us section with our details
g) Candidates – our approach and send CV button to register
h) Clients – our approach, service and the ‘Autograph’ button to take you through to the
added functionality site
The added functionality site….
Signature Career Management is providing more than a standard recruitment service. Clients will
have the option to see more than a CV on candidate shortlist. We are calling this Autograph so
clients can choose a signature campaign or autograph. Autograph will need to be accessed by us for
admin purposes and set up, as well as the candidates completing profiles and clients to view the
short list. When working with Autograph, the clients view the shortlist via the link through the
website instead of receiving an email with CVs attached. If they select to use Autograph for their
campaign once I have my short list of candidates I will invite them to complete the platform. The
candidates will then have log ins for Autograph, accessed vie the website, and have to do the
following:
a) Upload a photo
b) Record and upload a 2 minute video introduction
c) Write answers to three competency questions
Once they have completed that they press submit and we are then notified that they have
completed their application. They can no longer access this unless we click unsubmitt for them to
make some amendments ie, the video was too long or not strong enough.
Once all candidates have submitted their applications on Autograph I will then do the following:
a) There will be a section for me to upload and attach their CV
b) There will be a section for me to attach a PDF of a psychometric profile
c) There will be a section for me to attach testimonials
One this is all completed I will then send an invite for the client to view their completed shortlist.
The will receive log ins and access in the same way the candidate did via the website and clicking
Autograph. When they log in they will be able to see their campaign (Job Title) or multiple
campaigns if there are more than one. They will then click on the campaign they have been given
access to. (they will not be able to access any other campaign unless we have submitted it to them
first as I obviously don’t want them to be able to access any campaigns that are not yet complete).
When they log in as well as seeing the job title for the campaign(s) they will also be able to see their
branding too. (Candidates will also be able to see the clients branding when they log in also) Once
they click on the campaign this will then open up to the full short list and they will see:
A number of pictures of the candidates short listed for the role. To view each profile they
will need to click on the picture
A section containing the job description for the role attached somewhere
A section containing another word doc detailing essentials and desirables for the role
On clicking on the picture, they will then be able to see:
a) Video introduction
b) Psychometric test results section which they open up to view the PDF
c) CV section which they open up to view the CV
d) Competency question section – three questions (which the client has previously
detailed for me and I have added into the system) and the answers written by the
candidate
e) A section where they can open a word document which contains testimonials on the
candidate
Extra services needed: Hosting, Customization, Optimization, Security
Extra notes: This is due to release mid -January 2018
Also needs to be responsive in design and functionality.
