Virtual Assistant (web based)

We need a reliable and trustworthy person, who is computer literate, to log in, via the internet to a remote computer at 10am and 4pm each day and check emails from our customers.
They will select a standard reply from a list, and send it to the customer.
In some cases they will log into a web system and look up a password to send to the customer.
Often there will be just one or two emails, sometimes ten or so. We will pay for two hours per day, which is more time than needed.
