London, GBAaron is a breath of fresh air in a dank polluted web world where multiple people bid on projects on mass with their cookie-cutter-copy-paste tactics. These lesser mortals pale in comparison to Aaron's abilities, work ethic and helpfulness. Whilst they email a standard response without even reading the brief, Aaron rises above their squalid-cesspool-feeding frenzy by using simple skills which I would have thought were standard in a place like PPH. He reads the brief, has clear concise communication and then once the brief is fully understood and agreed he executes the project with the swift efficiency that you would hope to expect from a coding colossus and all round stealthy Adobe Ninja.
From a users perspective, People Per Hour should look at how people bid and maybe even allow people to comment on peoples proposals, this would weed out the weak efforts, separate the wheat from the chaff and let the other users who are from Aaron's school of honesty and handwork step out from the shadows of the I-bid-on-anything mentality which drags the site down into the bowels of boredom and annoyance.
So, in short, hire Aaron, he's fast, efficient, has great communication, knows his skillset and best of all you'll get what you want when you want it from someone who will be a pleasure to work with and on completion pay.
Viva la Aaron
