I have a portfolio of clients and a small team at my Digital Marketing agency. We get some great results for our clients and have work coming in but have a missing link once we take a client on board.
I would like to be able to update our clients more regularly, maintaining a good relationship with them and a personal service, as well as making the most of the opportunity to upsell. I would also like some support with tying up new proposals and re-connecting with warm leads and previous customers to generate more sales. The idea is to leave our team with more time to deliver results but also to keep current clients happen, and give us time to carry out marketing activity to new potential clients.
I envisage the role to require 8 hours per week spread over 2 days during office hours. The role would be telephone and email based and would involve being proactive at contacting clients and being extremely enthusiastic and reliable. We would also need to build a good working relationship together so that we can communicate any client concerns professionally and promptly and also as it is a virtual role we would need regular contact via Skype or phone - not just email.
A confident telephone manner is essential, as is a basic understanding of digital marketing services, and also an understanding of small business owners and their needs and challenges.
Needless to say excellent written and verbal English language skills are vital to the role.

I always favour proposals that show a bit of personality rather than a formal approach, particularly as our company's approach and brand vision is informal and easy going.
