Weekly YouTube video edits (long term)

We are looking for a video editor for our fast-growing channel - https://www.youtube.com/c/johnlovell275
We currently upload 2 videos per week that range from 8 - 30 minutes and vary in complexity. You may be given 20 video files on some projects and closer to 100 on others. We would like to maintain the general feel of this current video we put out - https://youtu.be/2yWgvIq9YM0

We need someone who can communicate quickly and clearly and more importantly, who can understand my vision without a lot of instruction. We'll be looking for quick turn-arounds (1-2 days for a rough edit). Compensation is negotiable.

We are wanting to take our channel to the next level and are wanting to find someone who prioritizes us and grows with us as part of our team. I could easily see this growing into a full-time job if all went well.
