Videographer/ photographer for Isle of Wight festival

we are looking for a videographer/ photographer to come to the Isle of Wight Festival and record our business,
Our business is phone charging at the festival and we are looking to make a short video of what we do for our web site and take some useful photos also for our website and social media.
The job wold entail coming to Isle of Wight, staying in the staff camp site, you need need to camp unless you lived locally.
Of course the job isn't 24 hours a day so you would be able to enjoy the festival once the work has been done.
PS not really sure how to price this one so please let me know how much you would charge to record and edit the video content and take some photos.
