Lincoln, GBAcross 4 weeks of working with him, Oliver put his utmost effort into producing 4 different versions of our video - we even rewrote the script once to make it easier to interpret - but we have not been able to use any of his finished work.

Unfortunately in this case the client was not happy with the work. It took 3 edits for them to decide that actually they wanted to change the style, double the script length thus changing the scope. I do not think they fully understood how PPH works and should be clearer in what they actually want in the future so as to avoid a repeat.
