Videographer Needed: Produce Dutch Oven Cooking Video Series

This project involves creating a series of engaging food videos showcasing recipes prepared using a Dutch oven and other standard kitchen tools. The selected creator will be responsible for independently planning, filming, and editing instructional footage that clearly demonstrates various dishes cooked in the provided Dutch oven. You will have creative discretion over the recipes, aiming to educate and inspire viewers on the versatility of Dutch oven cooking. The videos should be formatted and sized appropriately for popular social media platforms such as RedNote, TikTok, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and plan recipes that appeal to American tastes and utilize widely available ingredients.
Independently film all necessary footage, employing effective techniques to clearly demonstrate cooking steps. Self-filming with 1-2 camera angles is acceptable. Proper attire must be worn during all filmed segments.
Professionally edit the footage, including clear visual presentation and pacing.
Provide a clear and concise voiceover to guide viewers through each recipe. Background music is generally not required.
Optionally, capture several lifestyle photos of the Dutch oven with the prepared food or in your kitchen setting.
Deliver the final videos in a format suitable for social media platforms.

Requirements:

Relevant experience producing demonstration or tutorial videos.
A strong online portfolio exhibiting similar video production work, demonstrating your capability to independently manage all aspects of video creation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and follow project guidelines.
Technical proficiency in video production, filming techniques, and editing software.
Familiarity with current social video formats and best practices for platforms like RedNote, TikTok, and Instagram.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality content.

Compensation:

5 x 2-minute videos: $70 per video
2 x 30-second videos: $25 per video
Dutch Oven Reimbursement: The selected videographer will purchase the featured cookware at a discounted rate (contact me first), with full reimbursement provided upon submission and approval of the complete video series and a valid receipt.
Optional Photography: For those who choose to participate, there is an additional payment of $10 per selected and edited lifestyle photo, with a maximum of 5 photos. You will be asked to provide several photo options for selection.
