Video of band playing live at two parties and edits

Some of the team in two companies I work for have decided to do a jam at our Christmas parties and we'd like to video them. There are two parties, one on Thursday 8th Dec and Friday 9th Dec in London SE1 (walking distance from London Bridge / Borough). The bands will be playing from around 8pm-11pm. Both require videoing and then an edit and any grading etc afterwards so we can put on YouTube and burn a DVD for the guys.

Please provide two quotes, one with a single camera (and cameraman!) and another quote with two cameras and operators (we appreciate that two cameras will produce a much better result we're just not sure we can afford two so might have to choose one only). We have a Panasonic HD camcorder that you can borrow for the second camera if this helps.

Quote will be for both nights and the edit/grading etc

Lighting will be quite low and we don't really want the camera/s to intimidate the band

We want a result we'll be proud of though - not just plonked on a tripod (we could do that ourselves!)
