Video Montage

On 1st January, my wife is turning 30 and I wanted to surprise her with a video featuring her close friends and family. My idea is to have a video shoot (ideally on Saturday 8th December) at my office in Edgware, London (HA8 6LY) where I bring as many of her friends and family as possible to video us wishing her a happy birthday and friends re-counting stories about her. Some of her friends and family aren't in London and so will send videos in from their phones which can be added onto the video. I need someone who can both shoot the video and edit it too, in time for her birthday. I am also open to creative suggestions for the video.
