Video Editor Required

I have shot a series of short video clips in Quicktime/Windows Media player format. Each clip is less than 3 minutes in length

I need the following editing work to be done

Videos of client testimonials (3 Video Clips)
** Add a static image at the beginning and end of each testimonial""
"" Insert text with the client name as their footage is playing""

Video Promos For A Competition (5 Video Clips)
** Add a static image at the beginning and end of each testimonial""
"" Insert text with the client name as their footage is playing""

Video Promos Of Wedding Planning Tips (6 Video Clips)
** Add a static image at the beginning and end of each testimonial""
"" Insert text with the client name as their footage is playing""
** Each tip has been shot separately and will need to be edited so that a video flows as a collection of 5 tips from the same specialist**

All files have been clearly labelled and a word document denotes the exact references of footage that we want to use.

The static visual images will be provided by ourselves in the dimensions requested.
