Video Edit

I have a 4 minute video. I need it editing urgently. I need this done in th e next 4 hours. I need from it 4 short instagram story videos that will also be formatted for main page instagram posting. I also want one long 3 minute video out of it. I will need the interviewers voice taken out of it and text of the questions put on the screen along with a hash tag or two.
