Video creation

I have the first of what will be a regular stream of short videos [c 2 mins] from masterclasses run by the Academy for Chief Executives. I want it "topping and tailing" with some additional information [logo, plus short explanatory text, then the video, trimmed, then closing text images, and given back to me as a single video I can use for promotional purposes.
I imagine wanting someone to do 1 or 2 a month of these for the foreseeable future
