Synchronization Video and PPP slides

We need to produced a video-lecture based on synchronized video and PPP slides. The final product must be in format MP4. We have the video in MP4, the PPP, and the editing concept giving the exact minutes from the video synchronized with the exact slides. Half of the lecture is already produced. We need somebody helping us to complete the project.
