Project Description:

We are looking for a talented freelancer or animation studio to bring our hilarious and quirky cartoon concept to life. Our Snapchat cartoon series, "Barber Bob's Whacky World of Haircuts," is a fun and entertaining show that revolves around the misadventures of Barber Bob, an eccentric barber known for his unique and comical haircuts. Each episode will feature different customers with outrageous haircut requests, and Barber Bob's inventive and humorous hairdressing techniques.

Project Length:

Initial pilot episode: 3 minutes
Ongoing series: Each subsequent episode will also be around 3 minutes in length.
Style and Tone:

The animation should be in a colourful and whimsical style, appealing to a wide audience.
The tone is light-hearted, humorous, and family-friendly.
Script and Dialogue:

We have a detailed script for the pilot episode, including dialogue and scene descriptions, which will be provided to the selected freelancer.
The script is divided into eight scenes with humorous and engaging dialogue.
Character Design:

Barber Bob, Joe (the customer), and additional characters for future episodes will need to be designed and animated.
Animation Requirements:

The animation should be of high quality and fluid, with an emphasis on humor and exaggerated actions.
Sound effects and a light, catchy soundtrack will be required.
Deadlines:
