Seeking a Long-Term Video Editor for my YouTube Videos

I'm looking for a reliable and talented video editor to work with on a long-term basis - editing ~1-2 YouTube videos per week to start out with.

I recently sold my previous business - an online school - which I ran for 4 years, so I have lots of experience working with freelancers. Before that I worked as a freelance designer myself, so I understand the process - I think you'll find me an easy client to work with.

I'm now looking to grow a YouTube channel around the topic of food, sustainability, and climate change for my next business, and I'm looking for someone to help me out with the editing side of things.

I can supply the A-roll video footage files via Dropbox, and I need a hand with editing them into the final product. Preferably with Final Cut, as that's what I have experience with, which means I'd be able to make final changes to the project before exporting. But I'm proficient enough with Premiere to work with that if you'd prefer.

I'd need you to edit the rough footage into polished, professional looking YouTube videos - adding B-Roll, text overlays, and photos/graphics, and doing some basic color grading and sound enhancing. I have a Storyblocks + Epidemic Sounds subscription I can provide you with access to, as well as a few FCPX elements & templates if needed.

I've created a few videos just to get comfortable with the filming and editing process. You can use them as a reference to get an idea about the type of style I'm looking for - though I'd love to work with an editor that can help me develop this over time. I am open to both hourly as well as project-based billing. Most videos would likely be in the 5-15 minute range. Please provide some information about how you charge in your application.
