Need to do a Slideshow with voiceover & subtitles 14-16 slides

Hi,
I need a slide show with English voice over and Russian corresponding text on each slide. Total of 14 slides, and 2 extra for 1st and last intro and outro for our company and 14 slides for the clinic. (I will provide you with the pictures)
However, I have my company logo but not the clinic. Can you take it from here? www.ycmedinstitute.com/ Clinic logo must be on all slides accept from 1 and last. My company 2 logos attached here which you can use for the outro page.

Once again. The video must have attached English voice over and have Russian text running on each slide. Russian text is highlighted in yellow. And Im sending you together with English for better understanding.
