I need a self created video to be edited

I am a foreign languages tutor in a school within my city, and as part of my job I am supposed to create a sort of introduction video of myself which encourages students to have language lessons with me.

As a result, I am looking for someone that can add the "extra edge" I need to my video, in the form of a few simple graphics, some textboxes with descriptions and explanations here and there, and English and Spanish subtitles, showcasing everything I say throughout the video.

The video I need, is going to be around only 90 to 100 seconds long, which shouldn't require a whole lot of investment on part of the freelancer that I select, seeing as how I already have shot the raw footage of myself talking, which the freelancer will be required to work with. Additionally, I will be happy to collaborate every step of the way, so that I can get the desired final product positively.
