Have script - need video produced with video + after efffects

Good day,

for years we have been creating our videos in house, but now need a change in style / format / someone else's trained eye. The video only requires stock video / after effects / motion graphics. It's a business to consumer video that needs to be exciting, high energy, making people want to learn more.
I'm looking for a freelancer who can take our script/empty storyboard and bring it to life in a new, exiting feel using a combination of stock video and effects. Current run time is approx 45 seconds.
Needs portfolio of work or please don't quote.
