English Subtitles 85 Minutes film

I have 1 hour, 24 minutes of educational video that requires subtitles. I can provide the video via Vimeo or Youtube, and what I need in return are the subtitles for the film.

Here is a sample of the speaker, who is fluent in English, however is from Russia, so speaks with a Russian accent.

Please see attached for samples of the video above. Note that the subtitles are not 100% word for word, we are looking for the 'best meaning', not a literal interpretation.
