Editing / adding VFX to a product video for a website

I am looking for a graphic designer to customise a stock video to suit my product.
The attached image shows a website that contains the type of look I am after, and gives a good idea. Please visit the website in the image to get a better idea of the desired effect. Please note that the company in the image is NOT my company, but this illustrates the type of effect I am after.
Specifically, I am looking for an augmented reality effect to be added to moving features in a video.
The base video would be a purchased stock video, and the icons would either be purchased or need to be created. Possible colour correcting / grading / reframing to achieve the desired effect.
