Creating few videos for a Cloud business company

I have a cloud business and I need to create few videos with voice over. some of them will be to demonstrate how to use our website and some will be an explanation of our services. I do not want cartoony videos, I need you to use images from our web site as well as using real images / pictures of scenery, people for some of the videos.

I would like to create my first video which is about domain registrations, web hosting and web design. I need a lady speaking over the video with London / BBC accent and have a good voice. Please quote me a reasonable fee for the first video.
