Convert M4v video file to MP4 - 15min Video

Hi Guys,
I have a short 15min video that I need converted from one file type to another.

The current format is High Def M4V 1920 x 1080.
I need it converted to High Def 1920 x 1080 MP4 so that I can play it on my Kogan Smart TV.

This is a VERY Simple job, which is why the budget is low.

I have a free converted to do it, but it will only give me a 720 x 480 output.

I need the full 1920 x 1080 output.

If you can do this quickly for me, please let me know,
I will give you access to the file via a Drop Box Link.
