After effects expert for opening logo / Script writing effect

Very simple job. Just need a 5 second animation of a script effect with a logo appearance after it.

I have the text I want written and the font and the logo to appear.

I just need someone who can make the effect and use the right type of video footage, the video footage can be from youtube anywhere, no problem about rights as this is only for a university presentation slide.

On this video the way the script effect works I want something like that

I want something where the effect is like the screen is almost like frosty glass with behind a sports field / football or tennis
Then in the heated window or moist screen, it writes in a script font my text

then it gets wiped off to reveal the full view and my logo appears
