A video with voice over and graphics

We are looking for a way to communicate the new normal to our students. In September we will be contactactble using MS Teams and other forums and we would like to create a short video that summarises the support we offer and how to contact us. Please excuse the vague idea, but we would like something similar to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GuiOYUO32Us, but much shorter. Ideally 30-45 seconds to allow us to post on social media channels.
