A 3D video artist required

We are looking for a 3D video artist to work with us to create a number of animated maps and some 3D animations of specific animals for a broadcast television series called Ocean Vet.

There is considerable work to be completed, the work must be completed under tight deadlines.

There are 11 episodes of Ocean Vet.

Each episode will have at least one animated map section and one episode (Blue Marlin) will have several high end 3D animations required.

You will be required to supply or create all of the assets for each map and the 3D animation therefore its important you are highly skilled in design and implementation.

You will be provided with the voice over for each map section or 3D section so you can pace movement in the animation to the presenters voice over.

We also need textless versions of everything you create.

There are several deadlines for this project starting now and going through to March next year.

The map sections will require complex moves and may require movement from above through water to reveal the structure of the ocean floor. A full brief will be provided as each map/animation is required.

At this stage I'm keen to see what everyone comes back with. Please do not apply for this unless you are a skilled animator. This is a high end broadcast TV show and you will be credited for you work.

The series was shot in Bermuda so maps of that location are applicable.

As an example of the Marlin 3D work to be completed please have a look at the link below. The marlin episode is a dissection so you animation will allow us to clearly look inside the marlins body. You will work with us to ensure this is anatomically correct, we will also provide anatomical break downs of any animals we wish you to animate internally.

For the purpose of this please quote for the following.

15 separate map sections showing point of travel and potential structure of seabed with full motion.

6 Fully animated views of inside a Blue Marlins body with full motion tracking etc.

Again you will have to create and find all the assets.
