A 1 minute washing hands video

Hello,

I have lots of clips of children washing their hands and I need them put into a 1 minute video promoting our new wash our hands song. I obviously have the clips and the song that we own. I have four characters that I would like to be in the video too. for example the song says everybody wash your hands just like lionel (names the character) so would like that character to appear. I have the character in png format and actually in gif format moving slightly.

The video and song is for kids and will go on youtube so would love it to be bright and catchy.
