5 second count down video with sound

Hello,

I would like someone to create a 5 second count down video, much like this one: https://youtu.be/QohH89Eu5iM. This video would need to run on a loop seamlessly, with sound.

It would need to match our client's brand image and brand guidelines, which can be provided once the successful candidate has been chosen.

The idea is to project this onto a wall at the beginning of a race where participants run one at a time.
