5-10 second video advert

Hi, i am looking for a social media video which can be used on Facebook to get around the 20% text advert as I need to get a message across, an advert needs to be made of the attached pictures or similar which can be provided, I was hoping for the video to be around 5-10 seconds with the wording being, a bespoke children's salon, recruiting now and pay from £9 per hour i am fine with some of that being entered in the video description if not all can be in the video, the job and price are most important.
This should also have some catchy music.
