40 second animated video for new project

I need a 40 second animated video made for the 'how to use' section of my new company. The video, animated, will involve the following storyboard sequence:
-A teacher 'logging in' to my website
-Selecting a 'task'
-Sharing this with their class of many students
-The students log in
-They type an answer
-The children look hapy
-The teacher looks thoughtful

Maximum around 40 seconds. Needs to be full of colour. Company logo will be provided to incorporate in video (i.e. on the mobile phone screen of the students and the PC monitor of the teacher).
