2 minute 3D animated tech-looking explainer video. READ DESCRIPTION - NOT WHITEBOARD

I need to create a video for my client that copies the style this video:

The animation will be 2 minutes max. They want the colors to be glowing blue, black and white to match the look and feel of “stark_concept. 2.jpg” and “base flyer.jpg”.

I threw this together with some stock footage and their script

But it is not what they want, as they would rather they want the entire thing animated. They said the do like the direction it goes starting at the 39 second mark. We can incorporate stock animations if needed.
