1-minute promotional video taken from outtakes of a 35 minute training video

I have an approximately 36 minute video that teaches technical analysis of the stock market (first in a forthcoming series so there will be other promotional videos needed with time). The video features a wide variety of stock chart analysis techniques. I would like someone to create a 1-minute, well polished/edited promotional video that takes silent outtakes from throughout the video (I will eventually do a voice over so the original sound in the full length video is not desire). The project will need to start after January 26, 2018 including delivery of original video as I am not currently in the same location as that material.
