Walking Character Animation

I need to create a character that is in the style of Mad Men - so black silhouetted man with shirt and black tie.

The animations are: (Please not all animations to be created as a side view)

1: Man walking (Walking Cycle Repeating)
2: Man sitting in a chair and getting up
3: Man celebrating by doing a fist pump
4: Man standing and looking up

I have attached a picture of the type of character I am looking for.

I need to make sure the character has a good walking motion.
