Revise 3 images in vector

Please view the attached images. We like to maintain this look/shape and want to keep all the colors. We just want to modernize the look to sharpen them up a bit. Use your discretion to make them sharper/move appealing to the eye.

Detailed changes:
-Make the cell phone on tier 3 decal more recognizable/identifiable
-Change the masks on the image of the person to be less aggressive (but keep the color of the mask white) on all 3 decals
-Make the diamonds on tiers 2 and 3 a bit larger so the "6 ft" description is more easily readable.

I am looking for these in vector, please. Let me know if you have any other questions. We are open to suggestions if you have an ideas and are open to you redoing them completely with your style to make them unique to you. I look forward to working with you.
