Mix and Master Quran Recording to enhance the quality and style.

I am looking for sound and audio mixer/engineer, who can master all 30 Juz (parts) of Quran. Each Juz is about hour long. Its a big project and I am able to allocate about 50 hrs to project. The current quality has some roughness and amateurishness to it and i would like that edited . Along with a adding professional enhancements to it for production. I believe once the right edits are done it will be very easy to replicate across the 30 parts. I am looking for someone who can do this professional miracle and make it production worthy for audience.
Current Audio Fomat - WAV format with 256 bit rate
Required Audio Format - Audio files are required in WAV 16-bit. and all audio files should be encoded with a sample rate of 44.1 kHz and in 2-channel (Stereo). I am not too familiar with these setting these are the requirements I have to match.
