Covering an event in central London on the 28th September

Hello,
I need a photographer to work on an event. I'll be doing the video and need someone to do the photo. It's a pretty easy one with a couple of round tables and some networking. You have to have experience on events, even this one is and easy one, and I'll ask you for examples, and needless to say, with a professional approach.
The job is next Thursday the 28th of September from 12.30 to 6.30 p.m
You just need to take the pictures and pass me the files, I'll do the edit, no extra times, when the event is done, you're done.
