A hours photography, central London, group shot and a few individual headshots

I've a corporate client that has a meeting on the 7th of June in their London Office, Wood Street, off Cheapside - between Bank and St Pauls tube.

They need a few shots of their Trustees. There would be a group shot (not sure how many in the group at this point, more than 6, less than a dozen I guess) and a few individual head shots - one of each I assume.

It can only take an hour as they dont have very long to be there in the first place - no exact time as yet, but the client has said over lunch - so I guess between 1 and 2

Now I know their offices pretty well, they've given me no indication as yet where this group shot is to be taken, if its in one of their meeting rooms space may well be an issue - there are three or 4 more open areas that might suit better but I'll share that intelligence when I get it

After the shoot I'll need the digital files - I think its for an internal network publication so compressed files will be fine

anyway hope that makes sense
