Words in a logo needs changing

Hi

I have an Adobe Illustrator file with four logos. They're all correct and the formatting is correct. However I now need 3 of these logos changing.

From my limited understanding of Adobe Illustrator and a consultancy with a friend, they say the wording under the logo has been drawn.

I have the font the words need to be and the original logos to provide you with the understanding of what it should say and the style of gradient required.

If you can prove you understand Adobe Illustrator i'll be happy to hire you.

The budget is £20
