Video Editor Long Form + Shorts (10) per month

I’m looking for a reliable, creative Video Editor who can handle both long-form YouTube videos and short-form vertical content on a monthly basis for my personal brand and real estate/wealth-building content.

What You’ll Be Editing

4–6 Long-Form Videos per month
(Talk shows, educational content, reaction-style videos, lifestyle/fitness, real estate & finance)

4-6 Short-Form Vertical Clips per month
(Cut from long-form footage + optimized for trends, hooks, retention & performance)

Ideal Candidate

You are a standout if you:

Know how to create fast-paced, high-retention edits

Add captions, emoji, SFX, zoom cuts, and b-roll strategically

Can follow brand colors + style guides

Understand social media pacing and algorithm-friendly editing

Deliver consistently and communicate clearly

Can take a raw clip and turn it into something visually engaging and scroll-stopping

Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing both long-form & short-form edits

Experience editing for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels

Ability to meet deadlines (weekly delivery cadence)

Must be able to edit in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats

Fluent in English

Must be comfortable editing talking-head content and occasionally adding contextual b-roll

Should be able to pull strong hooks from longer videos when needed

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)

Thumbnail creation

Knowledge of YouTube SEO

Storytelling + pacing strategy

Editing fitness content

Familiarity with CapCut templates or Premiere Pro presets
