URGENT PHOTOSHOP JOB: Image cut out required.

I am producing a newspaper and want a photo on the masthead.

The photo I have been sent is lo res (which I will have to live with)

It needs cutting out really carefully.

I need someone to do a better job of cutting it out than I can or putting a blur behind it on an alpha channel/PNG.

Hope this makes sense.

I WILL PRIORITISE UK respondents and probably give it to the first person who replies and convinces me they can do it as I've had a lot of amaterush time wasters in the past (tho do appreciate this is not pro rates) need it in an hour.
