Tattoo editing in image

Hello,

Looking for image editing specialist (photoshop) who can edit Image A for me below. There are two components to this edit that I am after.

- [ ] First is to remove the chest tattoo highlighted in the red circle and ensure clean, skin uniformity and to match skin tone (i.e so it does not look edited)
- [ ] Second is to place a sleeve tattoo design from the samples provided so that the arm facing the picture looks to have a full sleeve tattoo on it. There is a tattoo already there - if you wish to remove it and place the new design on top please do. But the new tattoo needs to match the skin tone and needs to look as natural as possible.

(Please note - it only allows for the upload of three images. Will provide tattoo samples to place on right arm once project has been responded to)
