Refinement of characters

I am seeking a talented character designer to refine and enhance my existing character designs (attachment 1) to align more closely with the style of an attached reference photo (image attachment). Attachment 1, image 1 & 2 need to closely resemble the image attachment photo. image 3--attachment 1 is close to looking like the photo. However, I would like attachment 3 to look like what you do for 1 and 2. Your expertise in character modeling and illustration will be crucial in making these adjustments to ensure visual consistency across our project. Deadline by 12/5.
