Professional headshot with white background

I need to quickly create a professional headshot of my daughter to submit for her new job to be used on her badge. The photo needs to have the following specifications:
* From shoulders up
* Do not cut off any portion of the head
* Should be looking straight ahead
* Plain light color background

I will provide a recent photograph that will need to be cropped correctly per the example and the background edited to a white or light color background.

Please see the example provided and photo of my daughter provided that I am hoping is usable. Freelancer should advise immediately if the photo of my daughter is not usable.
